The diamond is all crusty but still looks decent. She just needs some baby moons and white letter tires.

Me with my 74 f100, still a work in progress. This is with the DJM lowering kit installed, wanna get that rear end a bit lower. Sadly, It needs to have the engine rebuilt, has a bottom end ticking that I am thinking is the bearing.

Nice truck, "ticking" at an idle or not under load sounds like valve train noise, bottom end knocks usualy can be heard when under load, i have a 93 ford f250 and it gets called an antique lol.

The current state of the mustang. I'm about to patch in some new floor panels, wheel wells and replace the rear frame sections. When I get the body work done I'm rebuilding the small block i have with a 331 stroker kit, putting in a new tranny and an 8.8 rearend. Its turned into a father son project between my dad and I.

Yeah it's been great! We've spent a good 6 hours today cutting the old rusted floors out.

I had to make the old man move down here closer to me when he retired cause work was all he knew and he was dying from being sedentary. My wife I set him up in a nice apartment and hes living his best life!

A friend at tech school had a 57 four passenger Austin Healey roadster with a 271 horse 289. It was incredibly fast and reliable.

Just across the street from my place is the old MG car factory site, now largely demolished and redeveloped. It was also the site of the British Motor Corporation's Competition workshop, where the awesome works Austin Healeys were prepared for rallying (race cars were prepared at Healey's premises in Warwick, England) .

I don't blame you American guys for dropping in small block Fords, the Austin six cylinder motors were really heavy, whereas the 302 in my Mustang was only 420 pounds in weight. The car in the shot above is ARX91B , one of the Abingdon built cars. A lightweight competition build , it's works six cylinder produced 195 bhp.
