Support Flat Out Friday this Friday!
Flat Out Friday is an indoor flat track motorcycle race on a Dr.Pepper syrup coated concrete track. Riders from the ages of 6 to 79 years old come from across the country to compete at the largest and most distinguished indoor flat track race in the U.S.A. Some of the most popular race classes are the Hooligan class where street legal motorcycles are modified for racing and the Goofball class, where almost anything with 2 wheels ( sometimes with just one or three!) goes! In addition it is mandatory for racers to wear a costume in this class. Expect the unexpected at Flat Out Friday. In the past, there has been a marriage, an impromptu wrestling match, and more all right on the track in between races. The fierce competition on the track provides the perfect balance between laughs and thrills during the event. Part race, part rock show, and part circus it all adds up to 110% entertainment. New native riders: The rise of ethan white in the motorcycle industry
From our friends at Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys - Ethan White is a guy who has a lot of heart and passion for extreme sports and motorcycles. He is widely known for being a pro slalom skateboarder, stunt rider, flat track racer and entrepreneur. Ethan’s beginning started in Columbus, Ohio, where his love of two wheels ultimately led him to move to California in 2018. Ethan’s life objective is to do things that consistently make him happy and bring fulfillment. As of late, his mission is to combine his passion for riding motorcycles with giving back to his community. He has accomplished this goal by establishing New Native Riders, an organization that teaches children on Indian reservations how to ride motorcycles. The motorcycle program intends to improve the quality of life for children living in areas with limited recreation options. Read more

Mama Tried 2023 was an amazing time again this year! Tons of choppers, wild racing at Flat Out Friday, and great conversations with some of the most creative and down-to-earth motorcycle builders and fabricators out there. We caught up with Born-Free 13 invited builder AJ Anderson of Dream Company to talk about his 1947 Knucklehead chopper known as Candyland. Jake Elstone of Sweeties MFG shows us around his Frankenstein of a divorced Ironhead chopper. It may look a bit crusty, but the work that went into it is pure class. Did you know Fonzie rode a Harley-Davidson Knucklehead in Season One of Happy Days? George Roeder II now owns the motorcycle and has restored it to its former television glory.
Warren Heir Jr., owner of JR's Cycle Products and one of the founders of the Mama Tried Show, gives us the low-down on his 1941 Knucklehead chopper. The only YouTubers bigger than Mr. Beast The Eazy Co. took a minute to remind all to like and subscribe. They also brought a downright gorgeous Knucklehead to the show that fans of our channel will recognize. Hayley made a hecking cool XS650 chopper to impress a little girl... but she'll probably never see it. At least you will! Tim Scates tours us around his mean Moto Guzzi chopper. Not usually what we mean when we talk V-twin choppers, but this thing sure is stunning. Geared Science doesn't just make great YouTube videos, he also builds rad bikes! Dig this fantastic 1955 Panhead chopper. High Rollers Custom Cycle brought us one sweet bar-hopping machine to the motorcycle show. It's a 1947 Knucklehead survivor chopper. If this thing could talk... Anthony Sundell is a super-talented painter now based in Kentucky but brought a bike straight out of Florida's MC glory days. Take a look at that paint and try to tell us that Ironhead doesn't look 50 years old. Greasy Reaper is writing books, creating games, and building crazy cool choppers. Check it out.
