If you are reading this message, you’ll know that I’m gone. I’ve asked that this note be posted immediately after my passing.
I’ve lived a long and good life filled with adventure. And I’ve had the privilege to be part of an amazing club.
Although I’ve had a public persona for decades, i’ve mostly enjoyed special time with my club brothers, my family, and close friends.
Please know that I passed peacefully after a brief battle with cancer.
But also know that in the end, I was surrounded by what really matters: My wife, Zorana, as well as my loved ones.
Keep your head up high, stay loyal, remain free, and always value honor.

If this is true it is a sad day. A great guy, often misunderstood by many as he was a complex person but a true patriot in the fullest definition of the word. He saved my life one day but to him it was no big deal, just something that anyone is expected to do in the course of everyday living within humanity.

There's GOT to be a story there...

One of the problems with "being lucky" and living longer than you should is that you get to read the obituaries of all the people you looked up to when you were in short pants. Seems I've lived long enough to bury all my heroes, what a bitch.

He had an epic life and keeping it real dying in your eighties is a good run and not a tragedy just a reminder to others our youth is over.

Sonny Barger changed his club and his world while outlasting and outliving many lesser men.

Anybody here familiar with Charlie Brechtel? He passed about two years ago - and much of his music was just a half a click above “bar band” - but his greatest song (in my opinion) was “See Those Angels”.
