I want to put rotors on the output shaft flanges on either side of the diff. Two piece rotors so I can make centers with bolt holes to match the flanges. I guess my question really is, "Can I squeeze the calipers with a foot pedal? I will need some sort of master cylinder."Comment

Foot pedal will be more than adequate if the master cylinder and linkage are done reasonably well. As long as your flanges fit the rotors those will work like any other and you're solving the flange issue.
Check out some trike builds for examples of successful setups.Comment

I will for sure. Chip Quinn, Hot Rod Louver Company, out in Arizona found the original molds for the bodies, both single and two seat. Laid up in really thick fiberglass. These were designed for the Servi-Car with a flathead, so some modifications will be necessary to fit the Shovel frame. I have it mocked up and I can sit on it with my feet flat on the floor. I will rake the neck so that the angle of the forks matches the seatback angle. Need to find someone in Houston area with a frame jig.Comment
