Help IDing Performance Machine Caliper
I stumbled upon this Performance Machine caliper, and I'm having a hard time identifying it. It looks like it's a rear caliper for an early sportster? I looked up the part number (0052-2503), and there wasn't really much information I could find other than it's a "universal" caliper. I was hoping to rig this up to my shovelhead as a rear brake, but I'm not confident on how it'd properly mount into place.

Place caliper on disk, produce mount to suit. However I wouldn't use any uncommon caliper because if I need to replace it or get pads that's more hassle. The more standard, common parts you use the less future hassle you invite. The only reason to use it is the pretty PM logo on the side, and there are plenty more calipers with that. They're not special or sophisticated components.
