Hi there folks.
Got a cb900 1980 that i ran around for a few months until it ran into problems, now it's been sitting for a month while i scratch my head.
So the run down is it was trying to find an idle (revving really high for a minute then settling down), did a thourough carb clean and it ran okay. Now it's not starting, turns over freely but won't catch, the odd backfire but not catching with choke on/off, throttle on/off etc.
Charged battery fully (got a spare too) still nada. Replaced spark plugs, new ht leads, valve checks all in spec, nada. Getting a spark to all 4 cylinders as well.
Starting to build a pretty extensive list of possibles to check but wondered if anyone on here's had a similar dealing with a cb900 or even 750 which is similar.
