Thought about throwing some darters or needlefish but I'm guessing those stripers are on the bottom or close to it. Also don't want to lose my good plugs in there. Couple hits yesterday, but nothing yet. Saw a guy pull a couple decent hybrids.

It's like learning a new beach, gotta go out a slap the water a good few times before figuring out what works.

Raring to get out there again, trying to see if there's anywhere local open that I can re-up on bucktails and mono leader. I'm sore from swinging the 10'6" with a penn 706z, forgot how heavy that thing is. I'm thinking an 8' medium heavy casting setup would work well....I have a Abu 6500c4 sitting around already loaded with 40lb braid..

Just what I needed, another expensive hobby to get back into. hahaha
