I’ve been building this little XS for my girl and it’s been pretty fun doing everything on our own! She would give me input on what she wanted it to look for and I would throw out some ideas and we would meet in the middle.

She glued the hide on a Seat, we did rattle can paint I fabbed up a quick little exhaust, welded on a hardtail, did some molding and here we are!

Did the battery less kit and still have some wiring and assembly but we are finally in the home stretch.

Got some control work done yesterday. Looks like it’ll clearance well. About 3/8” between the control and the cover. Today it will be a little more paint on the fender and some polishing work on the electrical box I made.

Got the polishing done yesterday and got the electrical box locked up and some cables plumbed and carbs mounted.
