1960 mag powered sporty switch 6 volt to 12 volt

i have acquired a 1960 sportster with mag on it( wich is fun ...) and i believe its 6 volt want 12 volt .... possible?

Change the generator and regulator to 12V units, and change the bulbs, that's it. All bolt-on. Easy.

The Cycle Electric generator with built-in regulator would be a foolproof choice for this swap.

Nobody's mentioned it, so just in case you didn't know, your Magneto is totally separate from the rest of the electrical system and doesn't care whether it's 6 or 12 volt. (or 24 volt, or 110 volt ac household current.)
