Need options for adjustable shift linkage

Looking to get a nice looking well made adjustable shift linkage rod (between foot shift and rear shift arm)...here is the issue . Metric end on motor side and us/sae size on forward controls ...anyone make a product with interchangable ends??

What are some good brands/companies to look at?

You can also run simple bushings inside Heim joints to fit smaller OD bolts. Lotta genuine MilSpec aircraft rod ends on Ebay for cheap....
