Setting up a 21" front i got at a swap...

Trying to figure out the right innner hub spacer length for this 21" front i recently got at a swap. It doesn't have a lot of markings on the rim, so it's been tough to figure out Been trying to figure out the manufacturer for more info on inner hub spacer length. On the actual hub, there are some numbers that look like "HB-11169" or maybe "B9-1118H". On the rim, it's also stamped "DOT DNA 09 14 06 21x2.15T". Those markings mean anything to anyone about who the manufacturer might be? It's a pre-2000 rim running tapered bearings for a narrow glide front end.
