Default You guys might wanna see this auction..

There's a pretty, good classic bike auction here. Not real heavy on Harleys. But there's a few, and a bunch of other classic bikes.

Stuff you don't see on CL every day for cheap.

There's some pretty neat stuff in there.

Bikes I completely forgot about, but were around in my youth.

Couple of CBX. The real one, with 6 cylinders.

Hodaka. I dunno when the last time I saw one of those?

CBX , never forget my first ride on one. Thought I was the character from 'Bat out of Hell'

Pulled a wheel stand with a CBX at about 65 mph, most torque I ever felt on a bike.

Yeah, that's a CBX to me. Always will be.

The little sport bike it turned into will always be a bait and switch, imo.

There's a couple of cool old Kawasaki's, too.

Last time we went to the Friendship shoot, I saw a Z1 parked there. Commented to the Mrs. later, while we were eating, that was the only bike in the whole place older than mine.

Guy down the table piped up and said: "You mean the green one?"

    It was his bike. lol.

He was a great guy. Loved old bikes.

Everyone else had baggers so similar you couldn't tell them apart, so his green Kaw really stood out in the crowd.

That 50FL actually looks like the real deal. If it sat in a basement then that probably helped preserve it. Other than the front fender trim I think it is all real.
A lot of cats know better than me but I think I see a rear kickstand under the fender. I’m not sure if it is factory but I think it’s a dealership add on. So I mean to say it is legit too.

Change the tires and gaskets, brake fluid and do a light check. I’d run it like it is. Prolly considered original paint.

Can I ask what's wrong with the front fender trim? Are you talking about the candy canes? Just to let you know there isn't any brake fluid on a 50 pan. The rear stand came on the bike it's not an add on.....

Also in my opinion that bike didn't come with all those parts it's all miss matched and the numbers have been restamped........ 1981 is a long way from 1950 in the scheme of things.........

Oh yea it all looks to be real Harley OEM parts and correct for a 50............ But the pics are far back so it's hard to be sure............
