    Buy that bastich.

Here it is from Iron Horse. September 1982. This is the bike that inspired me to love choppers.

I called the guy and talked for a bit. He didnt know that it was in the mag. Is there a way to get the article? I might be able to pick it up for a deal.

According to the story a guy named Ron gathered all the bits together. Paint was by Strawberry from West Coast Customs, as well as final assembly. My mag is missing the spec sheet. Gold plating is actually brass.

When I talked with the current owner he said that The builder he bought it from took 4 years to build it in his spare time, 1978 to 1982. It was garaged until he bought it in 1987 in Huntington Beach, CA. The owner then moved it from the garage to the living room where at that point the wife said to either sell it move out with it. That is when he sold it to the current owner that has owned it for 22 years.

Here are the specs on it...
            Engine - 1972 CB 750 E-2224795 OHC
            Frame - by AMAN RIGID
Wheels - by INVADER Front Disc / Rear Drum brakes
Front end - by GIRDER out of CA.
