How To Remove Big Twin Evo Oil Pump Seal

I can only find info on how to install a new oil pump seal using a tool like Jims 1053.

I can't find anything on how to remove it, with a special tool or otherwise without fubaring up the oil pump body.

On bigger seals of this design on car & truck transmissions There's a special seal puller tool that has like a half or quarter moon shaped hook but I don't see anything like that for this tiny seal.

    thanks in advance.

Slide a 1/4 straight screwdriver blade under the seal and twist. Should pop right out. Just use a little care and it will be fine.

And oil the new seal on the outside to facilitate installation.

I guess it's because it is a simple job. Contrast with a full page of instructions AND a special tool to pull a transmission output seal.
