    Rode my project today...

I finally got my bike to the point where I could ride it. Its a 78 flh that has been hard tailed. It went well for the most part.

My rear brake is garbage. I have a evo softail floorboard setup, master and all. At the wheel, I have an evo rotor, fab Kevin bracket and tokico caliper. I rebuilt the caliper before I put it on. I had pedal travel, this morning, but my rear was dragging a bit when I pushed it. After a couple of miles, I had no brake at all. My guess is the dragging brake got so hot, the seals failed.

At this point, I'm looking at rebuilding the master and caliper at a minimum. I've been thinking about swapping to a juice drum setup, but I want to repair what I have first.

I think the master cylinder has a 3/4" bore. Is that too much for one of these?
