Any one order from Baker in the last few months. If so, anyone have an issue with them answering emails?

Answering my own question: Took about 4 biz days for them to respond but I got an answer. Seems like they have to wait (at least for thier 4 speed ratchet tops) for whomever makes them to get the item to Baker to ship. Should take another week or so by thier response.....Which begs another question: Does Baker make thier stuff in house, or is it farmed out?
