There aren't any in mine. Wtf? It's just the metal pin and the c clip.
Got it that way. I also don't like the way the lever blades feel. I'm getting different ones anyway this winter

Honda TRX450r master cylinder (13mm), Modified lever.

Honda Cr250 clutch perch (I make my own cables).

Bore them out to 1' if you like, or run 7/8" bars.

Anyone who thinks this shit isn't tough as has never ridden/raced (crashed) an MX bike or a quad.

Those plastic bushings load from the inside, the way you got them, there is nothing that will keep them there.
In time they will fall out...
Loaded from the inside the flange will not allow them to be lost....

I love the '40s style levers. My brake lever is mirror image of my clutch. Mechanical brakes up front.

i have used these and they are great for the price. 40.00 for the set. now it is both fluid. if you need a cable clutch perch just ask them. they got a kit im sure. and yes will work with 1 in bars. even comes with a rebuild kit for both. i never had a problem with them bought 4 sets to date

                        Hand controls.

I had some of these old Gary Bang levers in my stash. They're designed to replace the blade type levers normally found on '41-'65 big twins. I also had an imported replica complete '41-'65 set from which I stole the perch. But the lever on the master cylinder I had wasn't even close. I ended up cutting off the pivot end of one of the Gary Bang levers and making a slot in the center of what was left of it, about 1/3 of the width and about 1" long. Then I cut the master cylinder's lever to the appropriate length and ground and filed the end of it into a tab that fit into that slot. Then I had them welded together, with a little extra material for shaping.

On the left of this pic is an OEM '41-'65 lever, perch and pivot screw. I thought rather that mess that one up, I'd use a replica and save the original for someone who needed one. Next to that is a modified replica perch. It was clamped in a drill press vice and bored out with a 3/8" end mill to fit the shovelhead style clutch cable. The groove was opened a little with a file, and the clamp was swapped out for a '66-'71 style that was sanded a little narrower to match the perch. Still needs better hardware. It's one of those little things that no one will ever notice.

Next to that is the Gary Bang clutch lever, and on the far right is the modified brake lever after some filing, grinding and sanding.

And below is what they look like assembled. There's still a little cosmetic work to do, and one thing you can't see is how the master cylinder is bored to 1" at the handlebar clamp.

Looks good. You could remove the logo on the master with a small flap wheel or similar to make it as clean as your spliced lever.
