    Linker Low Speed Leak

On my M74B, gas sprays out of my low speed needle while I’m kicking it over, but doesn’t leak while the bike is running. It caught fire on me a few times from carb backfire while kicking. Scares the hell out of me every time I kick my bike over.
Any ideas how to prevent this leak? I’m not sure if the carb threads are worn, or the needle itself. Is there any tricks I can try before buying a new needle?
    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have it set at 1/4”. I should try lowering it. You’re not the first person to suggest it

Have the original float and it seems to be floating fine, but just ordered the rubber ducky float and will give that a try when it comes on Friday. Everyone seems to agree it’s the best float
