Battery question

Im running the factory tray but looking to run a shorter battery.
Whats the minimum cold cranking amps you think will spin over a stock compression bike?

that guy is 210 CCA and slightly taller than the 1200 battery at 6-9/16".

Interesting, didn't notice that until now. TBH, in my case length was an issue.

I've been running a Duracell battery with 180 CCA on my big twin softail with no problems. I wanted something shorter top to bottom so it would sit below my frame rails so i could make a sleek seat. I used to think you needed like 300 CCA or more. I got mine at The Batteries Plus store. They actually test for much more CCA than listed on the battery.

Thanks man , Got a duracell ytx20 something in my shovel, stuffed it in this sporty for now. Ill look and see what the have 180ish. Cant beat the warranty from batteries plus.
