Does the problem increase with vehicle speed?

So it ONLY does it at idle??????? If that's the case don't worry about it...... Unless you just sit still and let it idle.....

Try taking two large lead fishing sinkers and hammering one into each handlebar end. It's an ancient trick and can make an impressive difference.

The vibrating is not there when i stand still. It starts when i take off and stops as son as i reach some speed, about 5 mph. It almost sounds like the bike is falling appart an it feels like it breaks itself.

Are you slipping the clutch to take off when it shakes?

You can jack up the frame with the front wheel against a wall or bumper for safety then duplicate takeoff with the rear tire off the ground to see if the shaking repeats while observing the motorcycle from the primary side.

Shaking from zero to five mph makes me suspect a clutch or driveline issue since it doesn't duplicate in neutral or at higher speed.

Are all your motor mounts tight? how about the bottom tranny mounts? Is the engine clanking and knocking? Does the tranny shift smooth? Do you have hydraulic lifters or solid?. A bled off hydraulic lifter can make a hell of a noise, maybe pumps up after take off? Open primary? Can you grab the clutch basket and shake it?
