When I crashed my Panhead it was clear the 35mm tubes were bent, badly. It was not till I got the tank off and ran a rope down the backbone that I noticed the frame was bent right behind the upper motor mount. Subtle but would make for a miserable ride.

The wheel shouldn't move because you put the bike on the kickstand.

Something is loose. Wheel bearings? Neck bearings?

If it moves when you put it on the kickstand and you can shake it back straight, a bend isn't the problem.

Something is moving. It is moving when you ride, too.

confab yes iagree with you so im using the same wheel with same bearings on the new front end same neck bearing and feels straight, runs amazing other than the head knocking everythings amazing, frame is not bent im thinking the lower legs or my tubes got bent maybe where the rubber boots are because i put a straight edge on whats above the boots and they are straight, ill dig deeper after the carson valley run in nevada this weekend

              do it NOW,
it's your life & the lives of those you ride with ya talking about here fella....
it will take you a half hour if you know what ya doing to find out what the fuck is wrong with it,
fork slider could be snapped or cracked,
              bent or lose trees,
              bent stanchion (tube),
bent axle or collapsing wheel bearings,
slider cap bolts stripped & only just hanging in there,
a few things to check but an easy quick find

it aint rocket science & not worth getting a liking for Hospital food just for a 'Run',
the front end of ya bike, The Forks & wheel are probably the most important part of ya bike where safety is concerned.
