    Default headlights

    i got a friend who got 1 of those hi dlla lights that lite up the corner as you take it but said he had issues wit his radio after that ... any thoughts comments , help

    RF interference issues may be due to shielding or perhaps a ground fault but without an internal schematic (or a junker to dissect) it's hard to tell.

    Those lights likely use higher internal voltages than the 12V supply voltage. If no obvious fault is found I'd try lighting forums as those contain serious expertise and were involved in building high tech LED lights early on.     I don't do megadollar gimmick lights since adding lights instead provides redundancy those do not. Common LEDs are readily available for conversion (car sites etc have far more info than bike sites). I use those on my trucks and will on my bikes if needed.

    I never run a light I can't cheerfully afford to break.
