‘95 XL 1200 belt cover removal

Hey all, hoping this is the right place. Pulled the belt guard and cover off last night, before realizing that I don’t have a way to mount the rear master cylinder back up without either modifying the case or making my own mounting bracket. I want to run it open because the look is badass. Has anyone else ran into and solved this? Searching the forum didn’t seem to turn anything up.

Are you talking about the front pulley cover that the rear master cylinder and right side peg/rear brake mount to/through?

Google "sportster front pulley cover replacement" and the results should give you some ideas.

Will do, thanks. Thinking about just fabbing up an L bracket to mount it to.
