Glad to hear ya got it running good. Curious as to why the PEEK seals weren't sealing properly...from my experiences I use about 1/2 the torque the brass ones require to seal. Strange.

Ele,
It's in London, I'm going to collect Thursday, Moving house so need a van for transporting furniture. Two birds one stone!!
Montucky, no idea. He told me he much prefers the OEM style seals. Said he has more confidence in them. Personal preference of course, but he swapped them in and they sealed it right up.
He's far more experienced than myself, so glad he's gotten it running. He made sure to tell me it's going to need miles and then the carbs going to need a good tune, it's not dialled anywhere near as good as it needs but he's got it running and riding.Comment

I've got to dial the carb in, my pipes are super long and it's till not running 'perfect' but that's on my to do once she's going. A wise gent who was a mentor to me said, 3rd gear, you should go to forth, stay third, and then turn high speed in a click at a time, when it stumbles back out until it's smooth and then set low speed!
So will do that.Comment

Better keep the rev's low for now ...
Get around 500 miles on before you go taching it up on the main jet...
New motors needs to be babied around ....
There will come the time to dail in the main jet later ...Take my 45 and outrun em all ..Comment
