    it says on the vtwin site: Order #40-0514 fitting to connect 1941-1957 steel lines. but i have no idea how those would work on this tank considering it doesnt look like the fittings on the tank itself can come off

    try looking down the hole in the oil tank fitting, some, NOT all, but some fittings are cut internally to accept an Allen key/wrench so they can be fitted without a visible nut to tighten and untighten the fitting, if you are lucky an Allen key/wrench will be able to remove the old fitting so you can swap for ones you need,...

    but take it as a warning never to buy from V-Twin again, they are known to produce the shittiest parts out there, most don't fit and the rest are just plain nasty,...all made in Chinese gutters with hammers out of tin cans,...
