I'd much rather take the labor money involved in doing an Oem set of heads and hand it to Teddy for a set of those "Kick-Ass" heads ...

How in the Hell did they get a Shovelhead intake valve (1.950") to seat on the bronze seat ?!?! .... Can't wait to take it apart .. !!

Here's my game plan with the valve guides ...

Going to heat the heads up to around 300/350 degrees ...
Want to move em up a bit in the bores so a good coating of Fluid Weld can be applied ...



That stuff will seal any leaks going down the sides of the guides ...



Not all that fond of disturbing the guides, but will be using this tool to push them back in their bores ....



Concentric to the seat ....
