Guess what made it to Mecum's?
https://www.mecum.com/lots/LV0120-39...l-knucklehead/
Todd's bike from "Hunting Harley's"
Waddya think he'll get for it?
I guess "official" types in the leadership of motorcycle clubs say it isn't original. Todd says it is..
Either way, it is semi-famous.

I would be afraid to even handle a 6 thousand dollar guitar.. Let alone try and play it.

He'll need about $200 large to break even. He paid about $146 if I remember correctly. Mecum has really high fees I read. Buyer premiums and all

Don't know the history behind that bike but it seems like a stretch to say that he paid that much in 1997 for it. I've been riding for almost 30 years and been into the old bikes for close to 20 and an owner of a knuckle since 2005 and I've never even heard of that bike untill now.

It has bid to that or more and he would not take it,said he wanted 320,000 or something like that. he did pay around 146,00 but not sure of the date

Well, there's no reserve on this auction, so who knows what it'll do.

Nice!
I had a '75 Les Paul Custom that the neck broke at the tuner head. I had it pinned back in like '80 and it held up well.
Problem was no one wanted to play it due to weight. I sold it a few years back and was stunned at what I got for it, repaired neck and all.
My main guitar is a '90 American Strat Plus with the Clapton mid-boost on it. That will go to my grandson as he is now a serious rocker. ( He is only 10 right now and currently is using my BluesHawk. The kid is jamm'n the hell out of it. Got to love School Of Rock! )
