Help identifying front end on ironhead project

So i bought this ironhead a while ago and ive been working on it lately and its got a front end and tank off a bigger bike. Upper triple tree says ultra which leads me to think softail, but all ultra classics have nacelles dont they? Any idea what bike this it from? Im gonna swap to a narrower triple tree set up soon as i can but in the meantime i wanna look up the correct manual for specs. Any help would be appreciated.

It's from Ultra Cycles. They use to manufacture bikes. Went out of buisness in the mid 2000's. I have a '99 Ground Pounder with the same front end.

Looks like a wide glide hub
Your gonna need a new wheel to go narrow

Are those 41mm tubes? And lowers?
If so you'll need aftermarket trees and axle
Or machine your own, plus axle
