Considering picking one up for my 4 spd frame. Anybody have any experience with them? pros? Cons? Thoughts?

Should work fine. Some folks don't want to move shock mounts or install shorter shocks and that's a quick way around the problem. Run it raw to figure out what setting you want to keep, remove and paint. If the hardware ever loosens up for some odd reason, weld the blocks in place.

I'd Loctite the screws holding the mounts and anti-seize the unused holes using a can of dry film lube (not paste anti-seize which is oily and would stop paint from adhering) so you can get the plugs back out. Alternate option, bondo them over and heat with a torch to melt out bondo if you ever want to move the shock mounts.
