Was disassembling my forks and started thinking about decay on small rubber parts like bushings, dust covers, carb boots, etc.
How do you guys avoid dry rot and keep things flexible and supple? (go ahead and make all your jokes now)
I'm not quite sure where I picked this up, but somehow I got it into my head that a cleaning and light coat of WD-40 kept things energized. It's always seemed like it's worked for me.
