    Default single carb conversion

Hi I'm doing some work on my 125 honda shadow chop. Looking to change the stock carbs because I don't like they way they look, for tuning after removing the airbox it's a pain to get to the jets, and I like experimenting with stuff on the smaller bike rather than a pricier one. I can make the manifold and that side of things however, the stock bike has two 22mm carbs, what size should I go for when changing to a single carb setup.

    thanks

Is it a parallel twin cylinder engine? if so, each cylinder is on a different stroke (not both on intake at the same time), with a 360 crank one is descending on intake, other is descending on power. carb would be the same, 22mm. just guessin' cause you didn't describe the engine.

    I would leave it alone.
Once it is running you will not need to mess with the carbs.
One carb on each side is balanced visually.
