No, it's not. It did originally fit exactly like you say... but then I couldn't get the exhaust on. There's literally 1/4" between the pipe and the oil tank. No room at all for the lines behind the pipe, so I bent them to go over the pipe instead. Whatever... It works and I'm happy with it.
Yesterday she started for the first time in 37 years! Still need to finish up the exhaust and a few other things and dial in the carb and timing, but it was awesome to hear it come to life!

Jake I put those same pipes on my Shovel with some Cocktail Shaker mufflers....
Sold the Shovel but I have those mufflers still....hint hint
I will say one thing I don't like........ I sure as hell don't like that weak chain piece on the brake pedal....... That looks like a disaster waiting to happen... Those chains are made of shit....
