11” shocks are going to ride pretty stiff. They look better but they don’t have much travel.

If I remember correctly, 12.5 is the shortest Progressive you can get while keeping the more easy riding spring rate.

It had ikon 11.5” on it up until last week, I actually prefer the stiffer spring rate as I noticed almost straight away these 13” ones are too soft so initially the rides more comfortable but bottoms out more with harder riding. I’ll think about it but if I end up going any longer it’ll be 11.5”

I really like the taller shocks in the rear. You see it less often than the lowered look. But I've got 15's in the back and 12 overs up front, so I understand I'm in a one man minority here.

I think the stance got fucked up when I put the 13” on. 12” over on the front would even it out for longer shocks on the back, I’m on 6” over. 11.5” in the pics before paint, 13” with paint

Clearance is good just as long as a step-ladder or platform shoes aren't needed to mount the bike.

At six foot one, I wouldn't want to be any shorter for my setup. It's not bad until you find yourself muscling the bike backwards on unfriendly terrain. Haven't scraped pegs much lately haha

Smog: The bike looks good either way. I prefer the after, but that doesn't mean anything. That's a sharp looking two into one, I really like the aggressive upsweep.

New shocks on and have nearly finished making the exhausts, gotta clean em up for chrome along with the sissy bar, anyone know of alternatives to chrome that’ll last? This is ridden daily so nickel platings out
