    Default Front Axle/Fork Slider trouble

So I have a 21 front wheel with a 3/4 bearing. I bought a 3/4 axle, and a pair of OEM Harley (2004-2007) Sportster 39mm fork sliders. The part number was listed as 45947-04 and 45987-04. The axle fits extremely wheel through the left slider, the problem is with the right. The hole is abnormally large and being my first bike/build Im not sure whats going on exactly. Is a spacer of some sort typically required?

I have another set of forks that Im not using (polished set in the pictures), they require a smaller diameter axle, and it appears if I was running a smaller diameter axle would work well on the right side.

Thank you in advance! Click image for larger version.

The very last photo with the polished lower is the set I’m not using, and requires a smaller diameter axle, it just seems as if that’s how the other set should work, with the 3/4” axle but doesn’t.

Nevermind. These aren’t from a 2004 Sportster and are for a 1” axle
