    I'm getting 1.176 O.D. on the seat post measure.

    Thanks Kevin. With drive time my work week doesn't allow much free time. I will pull off the seat and measure the inside diameter of the tube on Sunday. The machine shop could fab me bushings if need be and no biggie to drill for a grease fitting. It looks like the tabs for the seat bar are on the frame tube between the tanks.

    My painted frame tube measured 1.21 inches. The standard thin walled shovelhead bushings have an outside diameter of 1.28 inches. I would need a grease fitting and a cap at the bottom of the tube to bolt the post to. Plus the time to make it happen.
