The aftermarket kits with a pair of late studs are about 37 (plus shipping) bucks. I recently bought a set. That's not ridiculous for smallish volume custom hardware. I don't expect people to work for free.

Anti-seize the threads so they'll live longer.

How did you or previous owner break a shock bolt? I needed a pair because I bought a stripped frame without them. I've seen some threaded ends break in wrecks on various bikes.

Factory part number: 47384-94 BOLT, SHOCK MOUNT

You know you can just buy normal bolts right? Go to a real industrial hardware store and you can get stainless cap screws.

Other than that check out what Colony makes all their shit is top notch imo but you do pay for the convenience of their stuff being in bike specific packaged kits.

Other readers take note that no conventional bolt is a swap. The part is actually a stepped dowel with a stud for a cap nut and HD calls it a bolt because it has threads on the end. Use the correct part.
