Wiring question - Changing tail light to LED stop/turn signal combo & LED headlight

Installing this on a 2009 XL1200C. I don't have much experience with electrical. Will I need a load equalizer/resistor/flasher relay for everything to work? I've done some research for a couple days now and just got all the lights in, but don't want to tear down the bike and install this only to find out I need one of these parts. Hoping someone here can clarify for me - I will be keeping the halogen turn signals in front so not a complete LED swap. Links for those interested

Also, I watched a video on YouTube last night on how to fix 'hyper flash". This guy used electronic flasher relays, but doing so caused the hazards not to work. Is this a good option? Link to video below
