Change the headlight bulb...........

The high and low beams have their own element in the headlight bulb, so it's possible for one to burn out and they other still work, probably just replace the bulb like Tattooo said would be the easiest thing to do. I think he's talking about the terminal block that plugs into the bulb maybe?
