That one is in use on the Dual Riley Carb motor job ...
But would be easy enough to get another one and do a shine up then send it to Kentucky for the dip ....Last edited by Dragstews; 10-02-2020 at 8:57 AM.

Speaking of Polishing ....
These wheels are on my 55 GMC-IH truck ...
I kinda let them get a bit to far with the acid rain we have here in Jungle World ...
Let's see what I can do for em ...

Just about done ....
Had to shorten the new McGard lugnuts about .180" in order for them to work with the Outlaw II wheels ...

I tried Sharkhide and it lays down nicely and being self-annealing flows out evenly. I bought a bag of "printer cleaning swabs" (foam instead of shit cotton and solvent-resistant) to reach into crevices. Chrome pits. I avoid it where possible.

How does the wide rib rear tire feel?
I run the old Goodyear Super Eagles but the treads aren't that far apart.

Nice chop. Gotta admit, that was the most entertaining 37 pages of build thread I have ever read. Lol!

I know you haven't been around in awhile but I'm wondering , what size air bleed was in your L carb ?

I may be able to answer that inquiry ??
The few brain cells that haven't been cooked yet are telling me a 0.029 was in it ...
(Could be wrong, I have slept since the carb was in my greasy hands)

It was the inter I'm thinking about ...
Don't think the air bleed was machine for a jet ...
Left it at what S&S set it up at, which I think is around 0.040" ...
On my Super B I did do the required machine work to make the air bleed dial-able ...
