E-Z Pull Clutch Assist (Install)

Fella just bought this scoot, has about 3,000 miles in the saddle..
Said he was having trouble in town cause of the clutch lever was hard to work, OK ..

Here's the cure for that ...



There are others that make a E-Z Pull, but for a little over 20 Bucks, this one works great..

The Bike .....



To install the gizmo the trans end cover must come off ..



What being done here is adding a bit more leverage to the arm ....

With the E-Z Pull installed, the cable housing will now be to short to work ...
In the kit are two cable extenders .... One slips onto the housing at the cable adjuster, if the cable is made whereas it allows the cable housing to come apart... This one does not come apart so the spacer will need to go on the end of the cable that screws into the cover.

There is the Oem O-Ring that goes on last after the spacer has been install.



I like putting just a bit of glue on the threads, makes for no leaks ...

With the cover all back together time to lock & load.



Adjust the cable ...



And ... Done Deal ..
