    Jockey shifter confusion

Needing some knowledge on this shifter it looks to be a normal ratchet top shifter but the bolt holes and dial pin is throwing me off it doesn’t seem like it would match up to a “normal ratchet top” your input would be greatly appreciated

Any ratchet top really from 52-78 I’m just use to seeing the shifters with 2 dial pin holes and the other 3 mounting holes

I agree it looks off, what it appears to me is someone modified the other "pin" hole for a mounting hole for some odd reason? It appears to not have the other mounting on the upper left side... If that makes sense? Looks like you could just put the other mounting hole in it and be good to go? throw a tape or calipers on it and make sure the holes are even spaced correctly.

So I found the solution, drilled holes into an aluminum plate once done I flipped the plate over where it would give me the hole I need to drill in the correct spot. I will weld up the countersunk for the pin and then add a new countersunk for the new hole and then it will be normal.
