Weld in slot clevis that fits passenger pegs

Does this exist? To me it seems like this would be the ideal passenger peg setup as opposed to clamps or a threaded bung.

I’ve seen weld in slot clevis’ but nothing with a 0.5” slot.

Let me know if you know of any that would work with a 1 1/4” frame.

No reason it wouldn't work. You could buy a clevis with a male threaded end, strip the plating, cut off most of the threaded end then run your bead in the "groove" thus created.

A threaded bung is fine since passenger pegs don't tend to come loose if you Loctite them. I despise dry threads which beg for corrosion. A bung permits clevis replacement if ever desired.

Not a bad idea. Already have the bungs just need to switch my approach. Appreciate it!
