        Shit, well I hope so by now lol.. here are a couple reference photos. this is still installed and at it's lowest. all the same size at a little under 10"..took my micro meter and eyed it to be roughly .4-.5 mm from being able to slip over the lip. tried prying with a small flathead and wouldn't budge.

          Try harder........ Hell I've put in way worse than that............ Your all most there now.........

          Remember your compressing the valve spring...... Try harder you won't break it.....

            Got a lathe.. ?
            Cloud trim a bit off the lock nut height...
            Take my 45 and outrun em all ..

              THIS! It's practically in! Straddle it with some needle nose and pry it in. You will be lifting the valve slightly against the valve springs. It will pop into place with a distinctive sound.

                Hell yea, I just need the reassurance. Really just wanted to beside that having to force it over the lip isn't going to damage anything once she's fired up.

                  No but sure would be nice right now. I'm sure I can nudge it over just wasn't sure if having it like this was normal or not. the stealership had my mind reeling for no reason (at least I hope)

                    Don't forget a couple drops of oil or assembly lube on both ends of the pushrods so they ain't dry when you fire it up.
