    83 CB650sc - a shaft driven chop

Working through my first full build this winter - a 1983 Honda cb650sc. It's a shaft driven bike that I had kicking around my parents' yard and decided to enter into the Greasy Dozen build this year. I was chosen!

It's been an interesting journey thus far, since there wasn't any pre-built hard tails. I had to buy tubing and just figure it out. So far so good, the bike is coming along quickly. It's called the BugOut and will have everything you'll need to take off and camp wherever.

Has anyone else hard tailed a shaft driven bike? I'd love to see pics. I've attached what I started with and a fairly recent image of where it's at now.

I would also like to know if a hardtail is possible with a shaft drive.
