He was from Hillsborough NC. Passed away 15ish years ago. I am so proud to own it. I was selling my old truck because I'm broke, ended up trading for the bike. Now I'm selling all my guns to build it. I'm going to keep a 357 and leather holster! now I just need some cool boots and a hat. still broke but got a hard dick over my new bike!

This is how I got her. Different pipes & rear wheel than original build pic. I want to keep the look pretty close to as is. The changes I'm planning are (1) foot clutch & jockey shift with Baker jockey shift trans top (2) air ride solo seat and fender pad (3) 3" primary belt (has 1.5) & performance clutch (4) haven't decided what to do with exhaust yet. I'm not planning on a front brake. I haven't saved for retirement so I'm not too worried about it killing me...

I was thinking that way. I found you from a great foot/jockey thread where you recommended those folks.

I'm wondering how it would be to run small floor boards in a forward position rather than pegs. I don't know if it would look bad on a chop or if it would function well. I haven't found a pic of it done yet. I'll probably start a foot clutch/ fwd control thread to solicite advice when I get there.

Man that is awesome.... Try and find another rear wheel like he had in the pic...... And PLEASE don't put an air ride seat on that bike..... That will kill the looks of it..... They don't ride all that bad.... Just learn what tire air pressure rides the best....
