There is a thread on JJ titled 'floorboards on a chopper panhead', which has a bit of info, with pics and part numbers of OEM panhead floorboard hardware - the discussion does not end in a definitive answer for intallation.

I agree, and I think that as you learn more and more you will appreciate the old school parts. Anybody can build a new bike however they want to today (look old look new, etc) but to have a real deal chopper from the 70s is as cool as it gets in my book

I'm deff interested in foot clutch. But I don't know what hardware I want to run. I liked the large pad.

To each his own..... Floorboards do make it much easier with a foot clutch....

Didn't you say you were thinking about running a different trans?? That will make a difference in what foot clutch hardware you will need....

Ha ha ha here we go! No they’re not that new...and this bike has more cornering clearance than my bagger ..which I took out for a 3 hour ride with the old lady on a chilly Sunday last week..and we dragged the brake side board on a tight uphill turn and she asks “what was that?”

I said that’s the sound of Tattoo smiling
