I've got a whole fuck ton of photos I have taken. Did a biker events and info site here for about three and a half years and did all of the photos. Did a monthly feature with a "calendar girl" for the month. Some of the best were taken with a friend, Tarah Una, who lost an arm to cancer at 23. We went out to Mountain Springs Saloon and took a bunch of photos, including this one, which sione of my favorites. She asked to see the previous photo, then lined herself up to take this shot, framing her friend in the background between her and the pool cue.Click image for larger version.

Ya those old trucks on the north Canol road are pretty cool, Macmillan pass where they are at is pretty much the Yukon/NWT border, I made it there once tagging along with some old school buddies that were moose hunting spent 2 weeks up there...that was a lot of drinking let me tell ya. I didn't have a bike in Dawson at the time, I was stuck working, I was running a hydro axe 10 hrs a day 7days a week till it snowed, sep 16th. some of the nicest country for riding though, and the people are great.Click image for larger version.

Met this old guy that owned Kathleen Lake Lodge - said he took a Honda 90, alone, all the way to the north end of Canol - after the river at the YT/NWT border, it is just now a Heritage trail...told me he had to pack that little bike across rivers to reach Norman Wells NWT. Not sure if he came back the same way though.
    Who were you working for?

Meldon const. out of Whitehorse, we had a gov.contract to clear the ditches from Dawson south about 100kms, our camp was on the Dome rd. over looking Dawson on the Slinky gold claim owned by the brother of the constuction co. Carey family. Haines junction near Kathleen Lake was always a good party destination during the summer.

A guy on CAI forum built one with '41 EL bottom:
"It's a pretty simple assembly, but the main problem is how to feed oil to the top end through the internal oil passageways in the panhead cylinders. The guy I bought it from drilled and tapped the panhead cylinders and fabricated an oil line from the external oil feed with a 'T' in it, feeding both cylinder passageways. It looks pretty clean, and works just fine.
Of course you have to use a panhead cam and lifter blocks, but there is one little drawback--- the innermost tappet's cam roller (rear intake) only rides on about half the cam lobe..! It's just something I watch, and periodically check the tappet roller bearing for excessive play...(rockerarms): Knuckle is 1:1, Pan is approx 1.5:1.(actually a little over but not much.) That is why Pan cams are flatter lobed than Knuckle."

Another one I took while running my website. Model was one of my "Ladies of Sin" who wanted to do a photo shoot to have some posters made to take with her to Sturgis that year.
