1992 xlh 1200 with david bird weld on hardtail. I dont have access to mig,tig So i stick welded this hardtail on running 6013 down the sides and 6011 on the top,bottom of the box and 6013 around the down tube near seat. This is my first weld on hardtail and now im questioning myself on the choice of rod i used any opinion on somthing i could of done better.

You did not do anything wrong. Looks fine.
6013 (3) means all position. General use filler rod. 60,000 psi tensile strength. More than enough deposition of material.
It is a medium penetration rod.
The 6011 will cut in more but does not deposit as much material.
The metal looks like it was clean.
I am a certified welder and certified welding inspector.
If the joints were properly fit up and beveled and heat setting were right it should be fine. Do not Grind structural welds.
