Be careful with the sanding! Some of these frames were only 1/16" thickness.
I would not sand if epoxy stripper is available.

In the United States a chopper is a long bike with a lot of rake. Rake does matter.

I played in a fair amount of bead to keep touching the frame to a min. Great tip, Thx

As well, most of my sanding is with a 2" scotch brite pad on air grinder. Much easier to control
