Powdercoater finished the wheels today. I should have the frame/swingarm and inner here soon

Don't forget frame grounds are critical on rubbermount bikes. I sand the cable lug contact surfaces and apply dielectric grease to the hardware to keep out moisture.

that's a primo bike.my brother had a 94 fxr he got new. he sold it a few years later for more than he gave for it new. I always liked riding that bike.

I was riding a shovel and then a evo sporty while he had it, then I went to 97 flht.

Here are some updated pics. Frame came back from powder, started the mockup. Refinished and mounted trans etc. I got my hands on a set of nos ness strut covers. Only negative is that I'd have to run the shocks in the rear position to run them. Any feedback on that would be appreciated
